All sales from Northern Research Supply are final. Due to the specialized nature of the products sold and strict handling requirements associated with research materials, Northern Research Supply does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has left our facility.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures and inform us right away. We will do our best to send a replacement as fast as possible.
Because the products we supply are laboratory research chemicals and peptides, their stability and integrity depend entirely on proper storage, handling, and environmental conditions. Once products are shipped and outside of our controlled facility, we cannot verify how they have been stored or handled. For this reason, returned products cannot be accepted, restocked, or resold under any circumstances.
Customers acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final at the time an order is placed and processed. By completing a purchase from Northern Research Supply the customer accepts full responsibility for the order and confirms that they understand returns are not permitted.
Once payment has been received, the order automatically enters the fulfillment and processing stage. Due to the operational nature of our fulfillment workflow, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been accepted, even if the package has not yet physically left our facility.
By purchasing from Northern Research Supply, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the nature of these products makes returns impossible once shipped, and therefore accepts this strict no-return policy.
